On Saturday evening we ventured to the cinema times and give us the movie "Gulliver's Travels" looked at. The new edition of Jonathan Swift's literary classic cut in the reviews from not very good and we wanted to convince us of it. Lemuel Gulliver, played by Jack Black (ua.Kings of Rock and singer of Tenacious D), dreams of being a cool guy. But in reality he is just a minor employee, the tearing open his mouth sometimes better to stand there.
When he is sent by his employer to the Bermuda Triangle, he can expect a great adventure. He is caught in a storm, and wakes up tied up on the island of Lilliput again. With some lies he wrapped the little people around the finger and rises to the General, but the setback is not long in coming.
The truly a comedy film released in worse for wear, this is not Comply. The "weird" places be a highest conjure a tired smile to the face. Probably the most amusing scene in which Gulliver is banished from the island and on another island inhabited by giant lands and serve as a toy for a little girl giant needs is, unfortunately, been much too short.
Our conclusion is that the film is not the hit is and what is more for fans of Jack Black.
